1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 55bwm Casino website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 55bwm Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 55bwm account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 55bwm employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bwm login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 55bwm will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 55bwm support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 55bwm Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Deposits are processed through approved payment channels only. Currently supported methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the 55bwm Platform cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• 55bwm does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other method not explicitly listed as supported within the Platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 55bwm account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 55bwm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. 55bwm reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for any deposit.

5 Withdrawals

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made through the 55bwm Platform:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 55bwm account. 55bwm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC identity verification as described in Section 3.4 of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform cashier and are subject to periodic revision.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed within minutes during normal operating hours, subject to payment provider availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• 55bwm reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount where applicable.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

55bwm offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion details. 55bwm reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions at any time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the 55bwm bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 55bwm Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The following terms apply to all gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. 55bwm does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 55bwm Platform without prior written authorisation from 55bwm.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bwm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

55bwm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55bwm account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

55bwm operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with 55bwm may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
